Wifi Password Remembering

Is there some sort of Cydia app or tweak which would add an option to not save a network password? So when you connect to a network it say something along the lines of "would you like to remember this password?" and you can say yes or no.

You could just manually put forget network

But then it would disconnect me from the wifi network. I want something where I can say not to remember it, keep using the network, and have it not automatically connect next time I disconnect. Also there is no way to forget re network after you move out of range.

If no one knows of any such app does someone at least no where the networks are storred so I can manually delete them?
