messed up dialer

i have messed up my dialer and know it looks like this:

I have an idea, you can use ifunbox or iphone pc suite to go to the path: "/Applications/MobilePhone.app " and copy 2 file i sent to the path, overwrite it (link down)

Hopefully it's just a bad theme. Or maybe somehow your mobilephone app crashed/broke (unlikely). Uninstall any themes you have under winterboard. Or just delete it entirely and see If that helps.
