Custom icons

I have an iphone 4 jailbroken on ios 4.3.3

I have been trying to make a custom icon for my imailg app. I have used GIMP 2.6 to resize (114x114) the image i want and it look just as I want it to on my pc. when i use ifunbox to put it it on the phone and then reboot the icon is there but it has a black border around it that is not there on my pc. did some searching to solve this with no luck havnt found anyone with the same problem.

any help is greatly appreciated.

I have attached the file i am using to resize.

i renamed it it "[email protected]" one resized that picture is also attached.

I have also attached how the icon displays on my iphone circled in red

if anyone can tell me how to correct this it would be great

The image is smaller than the rest and it has a shadow behind it. Get "no icon shadows" theme from and then apple it and it will be gone
