Custom Textfree ringtone doesn't play

I've downloaded the nyan ringtone from Cydia and I thought since I don't have a plan for my phone I'll just mod the ringtone into the app I use to make calls and send texts.

I've done just that, it plays fine when I go to choose it in the settings but it will not play when I get a call while other ringtones will. I modded it in by renaming it to "ringtone_happy.caf" which replaced the original ringtone with that name. So any idea on how to make it ring?
