How do I edit the strings of a theme?

I am not the most experienced guy with jailbreaking so please bare with me. I noticed that as I use a new slider theme like the monster drink theme, the text says "Monster Energy" but I want the text to be my choosing but still keep the slider icon and color of the text. How can I edit the strings of the theme? Please help, thank you.
