Where to find the "x-button" to delete the url from safari, in the filesystem?

I need to find the button which is placed at the end of the url-textfield in safari. (the grey X)

Where can i find it in the filesystem on my ipad?

Sorry for my bad englisch...im from germany.

Thanks a lot, but the file is in /applications/mobile safari on my device (ipad2). But it helped a lot to know the name of the file...
Its 4 my grandma ... She cant see the button

and i want to replace it.... Thanks a lot <3
