iphone 3gs disabled...neep heelppp asap plz

hey guys my friend has a iphone 3gs and lil bro tried to unlock it and now its disabled... she doesnt remember what firmware it is...and of course her dad took her laptop where she syncs it at and he went on vacation for 3 weeks... and no its not jailbroken.. seeing if there is away to remove the disable...she doesnt want to restore it cuz she has some pix on it she didnt save... or if theres a way to copy the pix from the iphone even thoe its disabled....plzzz helpppp shee needs it sooonnn

Because it's not jailbroken, I believe your choices are limited to a restore ... or ... wait.
