Cant get rid of exchange password requirement

So,earlier I restored my phone from another backup which had some exchange account setup, but then i restored the phone from a newer backup which has no exchange account. Now, I keep getting a window popup saying "password requirement, account will not download new data until a new passcode is set". My phone is JB, how can I get rid of this ? Im on 4.3.3

IS it a voicemail password?

No, its an exchange account password, but I dont even have an exchange account installed anymore.

Are you sure you dont have the email selected in itunes when you did the restore?

It doesnt even appear in itunes, I no longer have the account, but the phone for some reason thinks I do and keeps asking for a password...please help

Can you not get in inserting and view email accounts and stuff?
