Stop iPod autoplay when put on a dock

Is there any file to modify or an app that will disable the iPod from automatically playing when put on a dock? I've seen when googling for information that it aparently also does this when headphones are plugged in and when the phone is paired with an a2dp capable source....

Theres gotta be a way to stop this! if not someone should really make an app to do it!

Has anyone found a solution to the autoplay feature?

I have iopod intergration kit for my truck an tried using pandora. Wehich it does for 3-6sec then iPod starts up again stop iPod then after a 2-3sec delay starts again.
I heard that pin 21 on the cord has the start signal from the accessory is there a way block this signal?

Found a solution to stop autoplay. One has to stop the pin 13 signal which from what I've read is iPod receiving line Rxd pin. It has to have a connection initially then be disconnected to allow other music apps to play thru dock/radio. Then has to be reconnected to allow iPod play.

So need to cut the wire add a switch of some sort then that would allow one open and close the circuit.
