Buttons on bottom grey bar in photos

I have a few things I can't seem to find, first is the two black buttons on the bottom grey bar in photos that popup when you hit the arrow (and the bar). The share and copy buttons.

There are also buttons when you search mail not sure what those are.

And lastly I REALLY need to know how to add my wallpapers to the stock wallpapers so that when my theme is downloaded from cydia they don't have to ssh to use them...
