Change the Lockscreen clock color from white to red

I have a custom theme... I dont seem to have the LockBackground.html file.

I found the path : Library > Themes > your theme > LockBackground.html

I was told that I can edit the colors in the info.plist file. But I dont know how to do this... Here is my info.plist file.. Can anybody help?
