My iPod Touch's Wi-Fi has been broken by water damage, and this is a pain.
Its running 4.3.1 Jailbroken, but Cydia doesn't include Afc2dd.
So is there any way to get afc2dd on my iPod Touch 3G through my computer, or is there any jailbreak that might include afc2dd?
Thanks in advance, if this is even possible.

afc2add is in cydia. just search for it. Might have to set your user level to Developer instead of just User for it to show up though.

I'll try to find it then.

Without wifi you're probably not going to be able to download anything. Usually the afc2add function is already included in the newer jailbreaks.

Yeah, although I can't find it.
So I guess I'll hope for a newer jailbreak including afc2dd.

No I mean the recent jailbreaks usually include it. Like jailbreaks for 4.1 and up.
It doesn't necessarily have to show up in Cydia for it to be there. Try SSHing and see if it works. If not then it isn't there.

When I use an ssh to try to install an app, I don't have open ssh or anything so I look in my directory and it says its still jailed and I can't access my /var directory, probably meaning I don't have it.
So do you know any jailbreak that includes it?

I'm guessing you need openSSH then. Which you have to download in Cydia. We don't condone piracy and I can see you lack wifi to install apps through your app store, we cannot help you with putting apps on your iPod without paying for them. You can buy them in iTunes and sync them to your iPod.
Also, if you're referring to Cydia apps, you'll need to have openSSH to access root files in your device. So I'm not sure how to get openSSH on your device without downloading from Cydia

I see the problem here.. The OP has been searching for 'afc2dd', not 'afc2add'. That might explain it.
