    Default Disable Multitasking Not Working

I have an iPhone 4. I am jailbroke on he latest firmware 4.3.1. I cannot get any of the Multitasking Disablers to work through winterboard or anywhere else for that matter. Can anyone provide me with a way to disable it or if it is possible with the latest Firmware? Thanks in advance!!

    Install iFile and goto system/library/coreservices/springboard.app
Once in springboard app look for N90AP.plist open it and look for multitasking and just edit and change the true value to false.

    then make sure you respring.
