Installing App Help!
When I first jailbroke my Verizon Iphone, I deleted game center because I thought I wouldn't need it. But now I do, and I cannot figure out how on earth to install it back on my IPhone.
I've searched Google, used multiple tutorials, someone just please help me install it again.
I have an IPhone 4 with Verizon, so its on 4.2.6

apart from either restoring
or finding someone willing to give you a copy
i don't think you will.Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.

Can you explain giving me a copy? How would that work? My brothers iPhone is also jail broken and he has game center. Can I get it from him? How?

I would them loose all my tweaks, jailbroken apps, sources, etc. And that'd be a pain in the *** to get back.
Can I somehow take it from my brother? (copy it I mean?)

No, I don't support piracy. I meant cydia, winterboard, etc. And themes too. I meant mainly tweaks.

Download aptbackup. Use it. Restore. Rejailbreak. Restore from backup. Redownload aptbackup. It will restore jailbreak stuff.
Make sure you're using aptbackup not appbackup.
Edit: or try the SSH and getting the gamecenter. Sometime messing with stock apps like that disables it, in which case even sticking another copy without a restore won't fix it. But it won't hurt to try. If it fails you have the above to follow.Last edited by i.Annie; 04-03-2011 at 07:45 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Yes, that is actually true. Forgot about that. I'll backup jailbroken tweaks, etc. and use your method.
