Hi all, I'm trying to have the Cellular settings tab appear below my Cellular Data On/off switch and I know I need to AllowEDGEEditing in the carrier.plist file.

However, I'm on a network in Trinidad (Digicel) and I think it's supposed to be using the one in

/System/Library/Carrier Bundles/iPhone/Unknown.bundle but when I make changes there nothing is happening.

So how would I figure out which carrier.plist file is really being used?

Forgot to add: Using an iPhone 4, jailbroken and unlocked on iOS 4.2.1
