Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if there is any way that I can possibly have the text ringer volume and the call ringer volume at different levels.
[Via any Cydia addons or modified files, i don't care how, It's driving me nuts.]

I want the call volume to be loud (of course I don't want to miss a call)
But while texting, I have come to hate the deafening tri-tones or obnoxious bells and chimes that it screams close to my ear every time I get a text.

If I place the phone on silent, I will forget to put it back after texting a few friends for hours.... therefore not notice the calls when I get them.
If I change the text tone to vibrate only, I don't hear when I get a text if I don't have the phone on me.

Please help. This issue is driving me crazy.

Don't think you can, not directly. Check out \System\Library\PrivateFrameworks\Celestial.framew ork for the relevant plists.

What you could do, however, is to modify the sounds themselves. Open them in an audio editor like Audacity or Sound Forge, then adjust the volume... or replace one of them with a more pleasing sound like I did.
