Need assistance with setting up Dvorak by ModMyi.

Hi there,
New to jailbreaking, so I am probably missing something simple here, but here it goes...
I have my iphone 3GS jailbroken, and am using Cydia. I have iKeyEx installed and Winterboard. I am trying to get the Dvorak keyboard set up with iDvorak by ModMyi(purchased it). I add it via Mix and Match(I do see it there), but once I go to add a new keyboard layout, it hasn't been added to my selections.
I have followed the instructions or so I thought...Any idea why the option isn't available to me?

Anyone have the same problem, or recognize what I'm doing wrong here?
