USB & SSH inop 3Gs 4.1 unlocked

Looking for iTunes alternative. Installed iPhone PC Suite. Opened once recognized iPhone on USB just once. Now, no sound any of three computers when plugged into iTunes or anything. It is not recognized, it doesn't even Charge Battery. What have I done. Any suggestions PLEASE.....

every time I think I have it set to not delete something important, it does. I need the unlock and I lost that the day after I got the 3gs last year by just not knowing about upgrades on iTunes and just seem to get burnt every time. I done sn0wbreez to 4.1 and ultrasnow unlock a month ago because wifi quit and I just don't have the time for the iPhone maintenance hours that seem to be required... Just want something simple to put on some music and photos that doesn't wipe out Contacts, sms calendar and the like.... maybe I'll have to do Restore again... hate that...
