I'm an idiot in need of help

So I apparently thought it was an exceptional idea to delete the MobileNotes.app because I downloaded a MobileNotes skin, and thought I could just replace it. I figured out I couldn't be any more wrong.
Instead of what I thought would happen, I got this instead (after a reboot):

Shows up as that icon with a mangled title.
Is the best way to fix this just restore and rejailbreak?
I'm on a 3GS running 4.1 only time this device has been jailbroken.
Anything will help

Although there might be a fix.. The quickest solution would be a restore.. Or just hide the icon if you don't use mobile notes.

You can try just copying a MobileNotes.app from a different device and pasting it into the root of your iPhone. I don't know if it will work but it's worth a try I guess

This is the only device I have, I backed up all my files, too. So I still have the MobileNotes.app, I just don't know how to put it back in and have it installd and working.

You could try simply SSHing the folder back into /var/stash/applications.
