Anyone else having a problem with wallpapers the lock and home screen and Make it Mine not working since the 4.2.1 upgrade??

i had that same problem. i downloaded FakeCarrier, and that allows you to change your carrier name. I don't know how to get it to allow you to change the time area, but it defintiely worked for the carrier.

you are unable to change the status bar time anymore. and as far as the wallpapers you have to put them in the phones wallpaper folder using ssh. that is the only way
