Change iphone device icon in iTunes

Anybody know how to change my iphone icon i itunes..??
i've converted my iphone 4 to white,. so i want the device icon to change to white also..

i mean this icon in itunes

look through C://program files/apple/itunes i think it is, and look at all the image files (.png) until you find the picture

btw thats for Win not MAC, i dont know how MACs files are setup, im sure someone else will know?

unfortunately im using a Mac.. anybody know how to do it on mac??

Erm go in "finder" or whatever it's called and look in the hard drive for something like applications or program files, you should be able to find it by having a quick browse

still cannot find.. i've already open the package content of iTunes.app and also from the system library.. still no luck..
