Change SMS Notification Message?

I have an HTC Sense lock screen theme, but when I get a text message it displays the notification bubble over the weather part of it. There's plenty of space under the weather and time, is there a way I could move the notification down some only for the lock screen (not while my phone's unlocked or in an app)?

this is offtopic but how did u get the time in the status bar on lockscreen? and im pretty sure its in a file in system/library sumwhere.. maybe under preference bundles and if theres the sms preference probly a plist with the string to change that.

I downloaded an app called "Lockscreen Clock Hide" and it's under Settings in "Clock Hide."
