I installed Gridlock on my iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.0 and for some reason it keeps reacting badly with Infiniboard.
When I try scrolling upwards only one icon moves and the rest dont.
When this happens I can't use the apps and folders that don't move so I have to respring for it to work.
I decided I was going to remove Gridlock which is usally fairly simply.
Normally you go into Cydia, find the package, click Modify and then Remove.
This isn't working.
I go into Cydia, click Manage, click Packages and scroll down to G where it then crashes and goes back to my springboard.
I've even tried searching for Gridlock by typing it in the search section but every time I type it, it crashes.
Can anyone help me remove this without the aid of Cydia?
I have iFile so I can browse my phone to get to any files that need changing.
I've been having the exact same problem recently. I actually chose to get rid of Infiniboard and just use gridlock for a different theme BUT I can help you get rid of gridlock. If you go to the following directory in iFile (/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries) you'll probably find two files called "Gridlock.dylib" and "Gridlock.plist". Just delete those two files and respring with winterboard or sbsettings and you should be good. Goodluck!
P.S. I just tried my method above and it worked perfectly, now just to reinstall gridlock from cydia...lol
