Custom Wallpaper and mini icons

First, how do I set the wallpaper to be different from the lockscreen? I've tried to do this through settings to set the wallpaper, but the lockscreen changed and the wallpaper remained black.

Second, is it possible with ios 4.2 to have different wallpapers for each page, that do NOT operate as a slideshow? I've read on here that you can do this, then again I've read that it's not possible. Which is it?

Also, where are the icons located so I can resize them for the Small-E theme? Some resized automatically, others did not.

1)iPhone 3g doesn't have springboard wallpapers
2)not until saurik updates winterboard
3) ssh into your phone and just explore around. eventually you will find what you are looking for

If you're on 4.0 + you can edit a file in springboard.app called n72ap.plist.
