Not 100% certain what they are, but as x98 said, I would leave them. Could cause you to have to restore.

Deleting those apps would not help performance, so best to keep. Have you installed 'NoSpot'? This disables Spotlight and helps a bit.

Disable multitasking and wallpaper and that will make it run real well.

For a short time yes, but quickly went back to 3.1.3. Hoping 4.2.1 / or 4.3 is better.

He by default doesnt have it enabled,
    on the regular 3g.

I dont know why he would be trying to go for speed,
    with those two luxurys enabled.
    haha

The OP never stated that. jailbreaking allows the options of enabling them.

No. If you didn't enable then it should be fine. It should run fine the way it is then.

I as of last night deleted the adsheet from iFile and my speed almost doubled. The apps run much smoother and texting also gets a great improvement as the wait time decreases dramatically. I wish I had done it earlier and as far as I know, it did not effect anything so I would definitely delete the adsheet. I was trying to find anything on websheet but hesitated to delete that so I'll keep that there for now. I run a 4.1 on my 3g phone with the deleted language packs. I haven't quite gotten to the daemons yet.

    Hope this helps.

Are you sure lockinfo is compatible with 4.2.1? Also make sure you are booting tethered if you have one of the devices that needs to do this on 4.2.1

I'm still not sure what it's for but everything seems to work great. I had to restore to fix my notifications and decided to delete adsheet just to see what it would do and it really helped speed up my 3g. After messing with it a bit, everything seemed to work. Still have yet to fix notifications to work but that was a problem before deleting the adsheet so I'm sure that wasn't the cause of it. But I would
