I have gotten pretty awsome at makin my own themes.. I want to share some of these add ons thru cydia but I dont know how to upload anything .. Is there a FAQ i could read on this?

Do ALL the packages u create need to support retina support because I only have a 3gs.. So i cant tell how accurate stuff will look

Yes they have to support Retina also I just got turned away from ModMyi for a non retina I took 5 months to make
