**HELP Folder Background issue!!

I have read through the forums extensively and I have tried numerous methods but I think I'm stumped on this one...

Yesterday I changed my FolderBG via deleting the SwitcherLinen in caches folder and today I can't seem to get rid of the png i used. I'm trying to use a new png for my folder/multitask background but I can never seem to clear the cache anymore. As soon as I respring my phone, the backgrounds remain the same. Might I also add that I cannot change the FolderSwitcherBG.png file; I use I-FunBox on my PC to replace the image but when I check on iFile on the phone the image does not change. To top things off I can't seem to do anything through Winterboard either. I create my .theme/Bundles etc. yet still no luck. I have tried using other themes that I have downloaded off of Cydia and only the folder icon changes, not the background.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can offer more info. upon request. Thanks for your time
