Can't move my icons on my iPod touch 4th Gen running 4.1

I can't my icons no more like where I want? Is it a app causing this? I can't move it around where I want it on my screen it worked last night all I did today was changing icons.

Might be a tweak or theme you installed in cydia causing the issue.
