afc2add, iphone browser explorer, ifunbox, diskaid, etc...
here's the thing, i want to browse my iphone folder system in order to move or paste files.
i want to do this via usb.
i don't want the computer to need any software in order to do this. so that means NO iphone browser, explorer, ifunbox, etc...
i want to be able to plug my phone into any random computer and copy or paste files from/to it.
capiche?
any suggestions? from what i gather afc2add doesn't allow that, it is just a fix to allow me to use the above mentioned programs. but i don't want the computer to need to have a program on it.
thanks.

The only thing you can do like that is photos and vids, straight through "my computer">your device in pc.
Accessing root files does require an SSH client.

There is a Disk Mode extension available for purchase in (I believe) one of the stock repos, but it just partitions your flash memory to a specified size and makes one of them a removable USB drive. You still can't access files one the OS, but you can use it for general storage.

Yeah it's called USB drive, right? I have that one. It's good for what you say, solely functioning as a partition, but nothing else.
There is pwntunes, which I have hopes for but is still buggy and it doesn't work on macs either, both of which are a problem for a $12.99 app...

I never found a disk mode extension. Do you in fact mean USB Drive? Just curious.
