********** apps not showing up..?

I got Iphone 4, iOS 4.1 opened with Limerian, after installing ********** some games after downloading just disappear without installing, and i rebooted/respring my phone, and they still havent showed up. any idea why, or should i try to get some sort of iphone file directory manager and look where they downloaded and install them manually?
