No FiveIRows???

So I decided to restore my iphone and install a fresh copy of IOS4. Before the restore, I had Five Columns, Five Icon Dock, and Five iRows working fine; but now when I go to reinstall Fiveirows it doesn't work. Also the cydia.touch-mania.com repo doesn't work either.

Is there another tweak to give me my 5th row or a solution to the fiveirows problem?

Also, everything WAS working before the restore...now it's not. Nothing has changed. Still running iPhone 3GS on IOS4 jb'ed with limera1n and unlocked with ultrasn0w.

You can use infinidock and folderenhancer works flawlessly.
