Default SSH into iphone over ATT cell network?

Is this possible? If I have my ip address, would I be able to ssh into the iphone while on ATT's network?

U mean using the data ip address? No because the computer wouldn't be connected to it..and even if it was, it's not that simple because they don't use routers. Use ifile like the above poster said

I was never successful in doing this. Very likely AT&T blocks any traffic on port 22. I think there is a way to do it if you set up an SSH server on your desktop, SSH in from the iPhone, and then use that already-established tunnel to somehow SSH from the desktop to the iPhone, but it seemed too complicated for my purposes and I gave up.

    I was successful...

Tether your iPhone and then use the Data IP to SSH.
