Cant move icons!!

i cant move my icons! and have no idea why....

i have download
gridlock
five colum SB

then i deleted them and now i cant move them... ):

has this happened 2 anybody?
does anybody know a fix?
please let me know...

It will be something left behind by gridlock, did u have the substrate turned off when u deleted it?
Try reinstalling and uninstalling it again

I had this problem before and I tried everything to fix it but nothing worked. The best thing to do is restore it.
