Help w plist mod: Wallpaper and battery percentage

Hi,

I see many plist being posted to replace the original to enable this, but I would rather do this myself manually, so can someone please post a direction here? I have 3G on iOS4.1 JBed. Thank you in advance.

I unfortunately ran into an error while trying to edit the plist using iFile. It came up with an error that said the file could not be written. I'm guessing this has something to do with permission, but i thought iFile was supposed to be able to edit those documents. At least, I was able to do it before. Does anybody know how to fix this?
