Windows 7 theme for ios4

Hay it's my first post so if I do anything wrong tell me...

So there is this windows 7 theme posted here with a working start bar and interactive login screen. But to make it work you have to install springjumps which isn't for ios4, so is there an alternative theme that does the same thing? Or an alternative app to springjumps?

There is no equivalent to SJumps as of yet, but there are alot of w7 themes, unless your talking about one that looks like the mobile platform w7?

No there is no way to run spring jumps on os4, I geuss the devs having trouble updating it or something, it's been months since 4 was released so it's not looking good in terms of an update
