HELP!! Iphone sounds dont work anymore

I installed "Silent Charge" from cydia.. its supposed to silence the charge sound when u connect your iphone.. It worked but now i cant hear text, phone calls or email alerts... So i went back uninstalled it.. restarted my phone... all that...still no sounds working... does anybody know where the tweaks from cydia install to (i can delete them via ifile)? I jus need my sounds back

correction... it has no VIBRATE and no ALERT SOUNDS..but the speakers still work and vibrate does too..when i go into settings under sounds my ringtones still work fine..but u cant hear the tone for the other notifications when u click on... just nothing happens when i get a text or email
