Blank Space In The Missed Call Notification ?

Hello there, i newly restored to 4.0.1 and having a new problem with the missed call notification..am having a blank space at the beginning of the notification, i cant describe it more so am attaching a snapshot to make my issue clear, i removed everything i downloads recently from Cydia knowing that i didn't install that much of apps/tweaks, and after removing it all am still facing this annoying issue, hope anybody know the app that cause this prob and the solution to get rid of it..see picture below...

Do you know for a fact that a reboot would fix it? I'd rather not go through the process of unlocking with the gevey sim again. Mine gives me problems and takes 20 some tries to get service.

I'm really not sure, but first try safe mode. If not, then reboot (if it really bugs u
