How To Change The Colour Of App Names

first you will need winterboard and ifile

go onto ifile

press the home button at the bottom

then press var onn top left

go down and tap stash

then tap themes

and then tap white icon lables

then info.plist

tap edit

where it says "<string>color white</string>

change whit to a colour

red cyan pink green blue silver gold

when your done tap save then done

go onto winterboard and tap select themes

then tap whit icon lables

then that should be it

You can also change the colours to numbers eg. "#23eee", i think it uses the HTML syntax
