icon folder

This is probably a dumb question, and if it's in the wrong place then I am sorry. My question is this: I would like to replace the icons only, because the theme I have doesn't change the icons on the 3G. I have found an icon set I want to use, and I can SSH it into my phone, but I just need to know which folder to put them into. Is it something that I need to replace each icon individually and do I need to remove the stock icons first?

you could always use winterboard's 'Icons' folder to theme icons. Or just paste over icon.png in the application folder (/var/mobile/Applications/xxxx/xxxxx.app/icon.png)
