It's not on iPhonewiki, I don't have them...

posixninja's genpass at master - GitHub <--find it yourself, perhaps? Likeliest way you'll get your answer I think (you'll need a decrypted ramdisk or update ramdisk to get the VF key though, and I don't even know how to run the AES hardware engine on an iPhone, nevermind without an iBoot exploit).
