Help with no keyboard after adding cgfontcache.plist

I added the cgfontcahce.plist to my iphone yesterday and after getting it on my phone I cant text, use safari text or anything. My keyboard has completly disappeared!! I need some help as I have done everything I can to get it back but dont want to restore thru itunes as it will update me to 4.02!! Everytime I try to use the keyboard to text, use safari, or anything else it just takes me back to the main icon screen

alt or shift click on the restore buton and restore to your chosen firmware on your computer.
NOTE- you will need to find your firmware download on the internet
