HELP!!! how to recover back my data for iphone 3g iPhone That Has Not Been Backed Up

I've accidentally restored my phone (after jailbreak) and it has gone to the new phone mode!!! i lost all my contacts, sms, photos, apps....

the problem is i did not backup any of them!!!!

anyone can help in recovering back? PLEASE HELP!

If you didn't sync your Iphone before you restored you are pretty much out of luck on getting the contacts back. Sorry!

As far as I know when iTunes restores iPhone it automatically backs up before restoring. In iTunes up on left top tab go to Edit/Preferences when a window pops up got to “Devices” tab. Take a look and see if you see any back up in the “Device Back Ups:” box. If you do then close this window and right click on the iphone and select “restore from back up”. This is your last chance. In the future sync your contact with window/mac contacts that way they will be on you machine as well.
