turn iphone into itouch?
So I'm not gna need need my 3g for calling anymore, and I noticed my friends 2g touch is a lot faster than my phone, so I wna know how to get rid of phone and sms apps, is it as simple as deleting their launchdeamons?
Another good thing would be to stop the baseband aswell is that possible? I just wna speed it up as much as possible caus im still gna use it on the side maybe for testing dodgy mods and whatever else comes around lolLast edited by iNT3Rv3NTiONZz; 08-31-2010 at 06:32 PM. Reason: spelling fail

Making your iPhone an ipod touch is not gonna make it much faster? If your friend has an iPod touch 3G of course its gonna be faster.

Oh airplane mode, yh but baseband will still b running...
And MATT DAMON, I'm not an idiot, if u read u will hav seen my mates is a 2G! I know a 3g has better CPU. And it will make a difference caus messages and phone constantly background themselves
