Summerboard Files?

I was updating my themes in
/var/root/Library/Summerboard/Summmerboard/Themes/
and all of a sudden it disappeared.
I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but to no avail.
I've tried uninstalling it, restarting, and reinstalling, but also to no avail.
One note I'd like to make is that SummerBoard has found a way to run, even though I uninstalled it? Did I move the download location for installer.app? If so, how can I find Summerboard?
