I need help

When I ssh into my iphone the themes folder is there but none of the themes show up. When I try to put my theme in the folder again it says it cannot be done because a theme with that name already exists. Do I need to do a restore? If so are there any helpful tutorials on that? I have a 3gs with ios4.0.1 jailbroken with shshs on file. Thanks to anyone with info on this matter.

Try restarting your phone then instead of ssh, get disk aid and navigate to the theme folder
