Uninstall Firmware Faker 4.0.2

I recently installed (from Cydia) Firmware 4.0.2 - the firmware faker app that allowed my 4.0.1 phone to look like 4.0.2 (to Itunes).

It is casueing other issues and want to remove it - trouble is I cant find it in the Cydia package list.

Does anyone know the actual package name and dpkg syntax to force remove it?

Is the only file it touches:

If so what should the correct build number and version string look like?

Try looking for it on rock too. It does a faster uninstall.
