I didn't need a multi-tasking app to enable multitasking, I just edited the N82AP.plist file. Here's how I did it, works perfect of my GF's 3G.
Download iFile from cydia.
1.)Navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app
2.)Scroll way down to N82AP.plist, open it
3.)hit edit
4.)find;
<Key>capabilities</key>
<dict>
5.) under the <dict> entry, put in;
<key>multitasking</key>
<true/>
<key>homescreen-wallpaper</key>
<true/>
6.)save the file and reboot the device.
Multitasking and home screen wallpapers are now available, simple as that.
Just tested this today on my sister's iPod, works like a charm. I was amazed. Although, the file name is different, N72AP.plist I think it is.Last edited by Veedubklown; 09-02-2010 at 01:11 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
