extreme icon problem on iPhone 4

Here is a pic. I had a theme installed and this happened. I cleared my icon cache manually and even uninstalled winterboard and all my icons except my icon folders look like this. Any ideas?

you didnt lose your icons you turned your apps into folders

just touch the folder icon and drag the extra apps out of each folder back to your main screen

It looks like your theme forgot to render the AppStore app icons...fix the info.plist in your theme.

its NineHD...very awesome theme! I dont think its on cydia yet but you can donate to the creator and he will send you a link. Search on here for nineHD and click the final release thread and his email will be there
