Help making a Lock.App (Sleep/Power Button Doesn't Work)

Hi, I'm looking to see if anybody could help me make an app that simply locks the iPhone. My Sleep/Power button doesn't work and i'm not very good with opening up phones so I'd like to avoid doing that. I've used BossPrefs to lock my phone but it involves a swipe and two button presses before locking, which adds up to a lot when you check your phone a lot like I do.
I'm on 4.0.1 and I have experience SSHing into my phone with previous firmwares, so is there any way i could write a simple app that locks the iphone and then upload it to my phone? thanks.

sbsettings has Reboot, Poweroff, Lock, and Safe Mode all built in already under the Power option. Just use that?

QuickLock does what you're looking for if you don't want to use sbsettings.
