App names gone missing after restore

I have ielegance pro, had to restore the other day. The theme is 'mostly' back on track but the app names are not showing up on the home screen. BUT, the app names DO show up for sbsettings. Strange.

1. I've turned on and off the icon labels, doesn't work.
2. Pro theme is set at the bottom
3. When in Itunes on the mac, the app names are showing under the under icons;
4. If I turn off Ielegance pro theme, and run basic apple theme, icon names appear.
5. Downloaded the Pro Theme Icon Labels, still nothing.

Pls. help.
